  2. One of the main sources of sound pollution in the area.

    Not sure who but people at 3Elements often play music very very loudly. I live nearby and always got disturbed. They should learn to be considerate and stop disturbing other people living nearby. Their choices of music are terrible and the sound system is creaky. Very painful to listen.

    Whether it's day or night, what's the point in playing your music so loudly, when you are only catering to people in the building itself? People outside don't want to be disturbed. Morons. And there are people nearby who are working and need to concentrate too but because of 3Elements Apartment productivity went down like mad.

    The building looks so classy but what's the point when they're behaving like those pariahs with loud motorbikes/cars/screams?
